At Astro Rishi Muni, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our astrology services and products. Please read the following refund policy carefully.

1. Consultations & Digital Services

Once an astrology consultation has been completed or a digital report (e.g. Kundli) has been delivered, the service is considered consumed. Refunds for such services may be considered only in exceptional cases (e.g. technical failure, non-delivery) at our discretion. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Physical Products

For physical products (e.g. gemstones, yantras, Narayan Kavach), refunds or replacements may be available if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. You must inform us within 7 days of receipt with proof (photo/video). Return shipping costs may apply as per our decision.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel an order or booked consultation before the service has been rendered. In such cases, a full or partial refund (after deducting any processing charges, if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund
